Shipping policy

At Kmari & Co, every order is handled with care and attention to detail. Each piece is carefully prepared, quality-checked, and securely packaged before dispatch to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time

All orders require a minimum processing time of 3 working days before dispatch.
This allows for quality control, secure packaging, and order preparation. During peak periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where applicable.

International Shipping

We currently don't offer international shipping. 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Kmari & Co cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched and is in the care of the shipping provider, Kmari & Co cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed, or misdirected in transit by the courier or shipping company. However, we will always support you in submitting claims, tracking parcels, and communicating with the courier to assist in resolving any delivery issues where possible.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions). We appreciate your patience and understanding in these rare cases.
