Refund policy

At Kmari & Co, we take great care in crafting and delivering jewellery designed to be treasured. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unused, and in original packaging, with all tags intact. Proof of purchase is required.

To begin a return, please contact us at kmariandco@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.

After notifying us of your return, items must be sent back within 14 days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at kmariandco@gmail.com, and we will resolve the matter promptly.

Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or personalised pieces
  • Special order items
  • Sale or discounted items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us prior to purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Should you wish to select a different item, please return your original purchase (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.

Original delivery charges can not be refunded.
