Review CAD Design
Once the design details have been agreed, we’ll share a CAD rendering so you can visualise your bespoke jewellery before it is made. This gives you the opportunity to review the design and confirm the details before production begins.
Jewellery Is Crafted
Once your design has been approved, your bespoke piece is commissioned and expertly crafted.Your finished piece is typically ready within 2 - 4 weeks. We offer nationwide delivery across the UK, with personal delivery available in selected locations.

Our bespoke jewellery typically takes around 2 - 4 weeks, depending on the design, materials and availability. More intricate designs or pieces requiring specially sourced materials may take longer. We’ll confirm the expected timeframe with you before your piece is commissioned.
Can I choose between natural and lab-grown diamonds?
Yes. We offer bespoke diamond jewellery using natural or lab-grown diamonds, subject to availability and your chosen design. We can guide you through diamond shape, carat weight, colour, clarity and cut, helping you understand the differences and select an option that suits your preferences and budget.
Will my diamond come with a certificate?
Diamond certification depends on the individual stone selected. Where applicable, we can provide recognised diamond grading documentation for eligible diamonds. We’ll confirm the available certification and relevant details of your chosen stone before you proceed.
Can I create jewellery from a picture or inspiration image?
Absolutely. You can share photographs, sketches, reference images or examples of jewellery you love. We’ll discuss your ideas and help develop a design that reflects your vision, taking into consideration the materials, proportions and details that matter most to you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

We welcome clients across Southampton, Hampshire and the wider UK, with in-person consultations available in Southampton and surrounding areas, as well as London, subject to availability.
